Founded in 2008, simexco is based in Doncols, in the heart of the forests of the Haute Sûre Natural Park in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Drawing on the experience she has gained in recent years working alongside her husband Jean Pierre SIMON, managing director Martine GOFFIN is developing the company's wood energy and forestry activities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In 2010, Simexco shipped 3,000 tonnes from Bayonne to the ports of Caen and Rouen, with the biomass being used by Dalkia Nord for heating plants in the Dunkirk region.
